Overview¶
The Linux kernel maintainers have released patches addressing a critical use-after-free vulnerability in the traffic control subsystem. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to cause system instability or execute arbitrary code.

The WASOC has not received any reports of exploitation of this vulnerability on Western Australian Government networks at the time of writing.
