Overview

The WASOC has been made aware of a critical vulnerability in the rapidly adopted open-source AI agent OpenClaw, which allowed malicious websites to hijack a developer’s AI agent without any user interaction.

What has been observed?

The WASOC has not received any reports of exploitation of this vulnerability on Western Australian Government networks at the time of writing.
