Overview¶
The vulnerability exists in the Linux kernel-mode driver for certain Intel® 800 Series Ethernet products. It allows an authenticated user to potentially escalate privileges via local access due to improper input validation.

What has been observed?¶
The WA SOC has not received any reports of exploitation of this vulnerability on Western Australian Government networks at the time of writing.
